access to the OBI110 from the outside

hi ,

i would like to know if the following possibility exists in the OBI110:

a. call a local number - this will connect me to the OBI device.
b. to enter password in order to access the OBI device
c. enter another phone number (international)
d. the obi will make the call via the sip.

Yes,  if by local number you mean you can make a local call to a POTS line that terminates on the 110.
