When you dial the **5 number it gives you, do you even hear the automated message stating that the number was sent to the server?
Quote from: SIPit on February 13, 2011, 06:57:43 PMIt doesn't call you. You have to pick up the phone attached to your OBi and dial the **5 number the web portal gives you. It will say something about the number being sent to the server, at which point you can hang up. With any luck the page in your browser will change to reflect that it found your OBi and let you add it. If it doesn't, then try Firefox because, again, it didn't work for me in IE (acted like it found it but went back to the main page without letting me add it).
