Possible to configure Service Provider as outgoing only?

I have an OBi202.  Is it possible to configure one of my Service Provider entries, using Google Voice, for outgoing calls only?

I checked off "Primary Line for Outgoing Calls" on Phone 2 only.  And I unchecked "Incoming Calls Will Ring On" for both Phone 1 and Phone 2, and hit Save.  But each time I try this, Phone 1 is always checked for "Incoming Calls Will Ring On".  Thank you

Under settings/phone in the GV web site, uncheck the Forward calls to Google chat.
