Obi200 Verion FIOS Setup Problem

I wonder if anyone is able to use an Obi200 on Verizon FIOS via the new G1100 Quantum Gateway router.  I have been unable to set up my Obi200. I hear a dial tone, but attempting to dial **9 222 222 222 only gives me a fast busy signal. When I try to add the Obi200 via the Dashboard process, I get either a fast busy signal or a pause then a recorded message "No service setup error." I have created a DMZ IP address on the router and set the router to assign that address to the Obi200.

Hi guys!

I apologize to the OP if I'm high jacking his post but I have the same exact set-up and having the same problem. I used to have Xfinity with no problem with my Obi for like 4 years. Now I just got Fios internet installed and so far no lack on having my Obi work again.

Any ideas guys or update by the OP.
