Hi, I had a OBI100 setup using a google voice account and I was able to fax perfectly.
I am now using an OBI202 and I set it up using the same google voice account.
I regularly get transmission problems with the OBI202, but if I swap it out and replace it by the OBI100 it works just fine every time...
I setup both devices using the automated google voice setup feature of OBIhai and it worked fine on both...
Is it possible the OBI202 is using a different voip CODEC by default than the OBI100, and if so where do I see what each is using to make them the same...
Thanks in advance...

I don't know about incoming faxes, but for outgoing, I found a solution...

It appears that there is not enough time when the two fax machines "handshake" at the beginning of the call.  When I fax out, enter the phone number and place 5 or 7 "," at the end of the phone number.  The comma's act as a pause.  This gives the two machines enough time to "handshake" and establish a good connection before transmitting data.

So if you have a phone number of 123-456-7890 make it 123-456-7890,,,,,,,

Try it again and see if that helps...
