While this is true, HP has not yet taken over the support online. Their Obi1032 documents (which they refer to as ATA1032) are sorely lacking.
Troubleshooting the device returns two documents:
- POLY TIME AND MATERIALS (T&M) SPARE PARTS POLICY
- Poly Service Reactivation Policy
"Software and Drivers" sends you to a page with manuals and no software.
So HP Support is a work in progress.
