Plugged in OBi100, no LED

I just received my OBi100 and plugged it in but no LED lights up. I tried numerous outlets and resetting the device. Is it DOA?

Upon powering up an OBi100 with nothing connected to it, the left-most LED should be red and then turn to flashing green.

It is DOA then. No lights, period. Thank you.

Test the power supply if can.
Sadly the one thing that lets the obi hardware down is the power supplies.
I've had a power supply fail myself.
