I got the box set up fine and was making and receiving calls. After about 4 days, the box stopped working and it's just displaying a solid red light for the power. I've tried power cycling and depressing the reset button, neither affect the solid red light.
Is there something I can do, or is this junk and need to exchange for a new one?
Also, Obihai support tool is broke for submitting web tickets. It times out.
