Call from 100

I've had my 202 installed for about a week now.  I have only a single phone attached at the Phone-1 port, and I'm using Anveo for SIP and E911 service on SP1, and GoogleTalk on SP2.  I was just now sitting at my desk when a call came in form CallerID 100.  When I picked up the receiver there was silence (no dial tone).  What is the most likely source of a random call from "100" ??
