OBi202: no incoming calls from Generic provider, only outcoming

I cave registered it as Generic SIP provider on my Obi202 account. It shows as "Registered". I can make outgoung calls but incoming calls are not coming. OBI incoming calls to the number (500 578 053) are OK. But cnt.ru do not pass through. What is a problem?
