Soft Phone disappeared from dashboard

My soft phone disappeared from my dashboard.  Does anyone know how to add it back?

When your account with the forum is created,
far as I know a "softphone" account is created.

I don't know of any way of deleting it, so...

perhaps you have hidden it using the following:

Edit Profile => Advanced Options =>
View Softphone on Dashboard (unchecked)


p.s. doing this will "add it back".

when you sign into ObiTalk, look in the top right hand corner of the dashboard. It says "Show all". Click that and it will open open and show your softphone.

Outstanding.  I did the show all and it came back.  thanks. 
I thought i was going crazy!
