You haven't provided enough detail to diagnose your problem.
You said "...my phones do not ring". Which phones? Just the phone(s) attached to the OBi, or do you have other forwarding phones added to Google Voice as forwarding phone numbers?
Log onto your Google Voice account from a computer's web browser, not from a mobile device, go to the settings page:
https://www.google.com/voice#phonesand take a screenshot. Black out all personal information, except leave the last 4 digits of any phone numbers exposed. Attach it here, by clicking on the "+Additional Options..." link below the text area of the forum post editor.
