OK, after 3 days of trying, and somewhere between 75 and 100 attempts, it FINALLY connected, and it works GREAT. I'm now a fan of the product, but NOT a fan of the unstable and unreliable nature of the setup process. One thing I did, but can't see how it helped was this... I logged into the DBi200 over http, and went to the system management / WAN management. Instead of the unit using my internal DNS, I changed DNSServer1 to be 4.2.2.2 and DNSServer2 to be 8.8.8.8, then saved and rebooted the OBi200. When I did that, it ultimately took about 10 attempts for it to connect. My internal DNS uses these DNS servers as forwarders, so having the unit go to them directly doesn't make very much network sense, but it may be something for others to try. BTW, the login to the unit is username "admin" password "admin"
