Does the OBi support Caller-ID?
Yes. The OBi supports Caller ID in as far as the OBi endpoint is configured correctly and the services being utilized on the OBi are also delivering the Caller ID (and the Call Waiting Caller ID) to the OBi as part of their service. Please note that Google Voice supports Caller ID number only. Caller ID name is not supported by Google Voice. Most all SIP-based VoIP service providers support Caller ID name and number.
